To provide professional tools and support for Bilingual Educators to enable them to reach their capacity and in turn enrich their communities

ROLE OF B.E. ASSOCIATION

Support BE’s in insuring they are covered to remain in workforce– Public liability, Indemnity insurance.

Providing cross cultural opportunities to raise awareness/understanding/embracing diversity/difference.

Capacity building: upgrading skills i.e. presenting at conference/training, support, networking i.e. social activities.

Advocacy – raising issues with the Local Health Districts (LHD’s) , other government and non‐government organisations in relation to pay rates/working conditions.
